Alexander the Great - conquers the world:

What made Alexander the great famous person in history is he conquered wide of territory in a quite short amount of time. Alexander didn’t conquered with power, but also with intelligence. Instead of steal the countries he conquered, he rule them fairly and put their people into his government and army and this know as fusion policy. Alexander started his conquer the world at age of 20 when his father dead.


Persian Empire

Alexander went to Persia for many reasons to complete his father plan, he need Persia wealth to keep the army built by his father and pay off the 500 talents he owed to the ten thousand Greek professional troops, and to Agesilaus of Sparta and to free the Greek cities that have been taken by the Persians some years before. His army crossed the Hellespont, at the Granicus River, he met and crushed the Persian army under king Darius when he want to cross Granicus. After he started free the Greek cities in south through Ionia from Persian rule so he become the great liberator of civilized men. He turned northward to Gordion there he cut the Gordian Knot the man who unite will be able to role the world. Then he met Darius for second time in the Issus. Even he Persia army was more than the Macedonians but the nature of the field let Alexander win. Then he enter Damascus and arrest Darius's family and took his money. Alexander took al the cities in Phoenician coast. Alexander left Egypt to chase Darius, he found the Persian army at the plains of Gaugamela. The two armies met on the battleground but Alexander again win , he was named King of Asia. He went to Persepolis and stayed there months, he burned the royal palace. He continued chase Darius but he found him dead in his coach killed by one of his men.

Egypt

In November 332 Alexander arrived to Egypt and the Egyptians welcomed him as their rescuer. He received the pharaohs' double crown . Alexander reorder Egypt employing, Egyptian governors. He founded Alexandria from there he walk to the Paraetonium and visit the celebrated oracle of Amon at Siwah. Alexander thought it proper that he must visit it. When he arrive there the priest gave him the traditional greeting of a pharaoh, as son of Ammon.
